Sep 06:Tour - Grand Mosque
The Grand Mosque is considered to be an important landmark of Kuwait. Being the largest of all Mosques in Kuwait, it covers an area of 45,000 square meters, of which the building occupies twenty thousand meters. The mosque consists of a main domed prayer court decorated with engraved calligraphy made of ceramics from Isfahan, Iran. There are 144 windows and 21 doors with verses from the Holy Quran and intricate geometric designs carved by Indian master craftsmen. This tour will begin with all interested individuals meeting at the Grand Mosque at 9:30am and then being escorted in group fashion for the tour. Please note, women are requested to wear long and loose fitting clothing and may take a scarf for covering the hair or otherwise will be provided with one by the Grand Mosque at the start of the tour.

Does Islam encourage Muslims to hate non-Muslims? How did Prophet Muhammad deal with non-Muslims, especially Jews and Christians?
