by Dr. Mohammed Al-Forgi on June 26 at 7pm Kuwait ranks among the highest in Arab countries in terms of providing education to all segments of its citizens especially children and is directing its attention towards inclusive education, which provides opportunity to all children, irrespective of their social class, including children with special needs. 13 percent of Kuwait’s public expenditure is allocated to education. Although the literacy rate is 93.3%, I still feel that the education system has to be changed. Kuwait needs to improve the quality of education & to build the capacities of students from a young age. Women should also be incorporated into the educated workforce through various programs. Dr. Al-Forgi has a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Masters of Engineering Management and a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. He is the Chairman of the Petroleum Engineering Dept., College of Technological Studies PAAET, Kuwait
